Section 1865.43 - Repairs, Renewals, and Replacements(a) The district shall make all repairs, renewals and replacements necessary to keep the project in good repair, working order and condition at all times. All costs for this purpose will be borne by the district.(b) In the event the project requires repairs, renewals or replacements as a result of damages from any cause, casualty, or otherwise, the district shall make the same.
