A district may request approval from the Board to determine eligibility for facility hardship or seismic mitigation programs in advance of project funding. Board approval does not constitute a reservation of bond authority. Board approval only confirms the district meets the criteria in Section 1859.82.
(a) To request conceptual approval for facility hardship projects, the district must submit an Application For Funding (Form SAB 50-04) indicating the request for conceptual approval and all documents listed below: (1) For replacement projects, all of the documents listed in Section 1859.82.1(b)(2)(A) through Section 1859.82.1(b)(2)(D).(2) For rehabilitation projects, all of the documents listed in Section 1859.82.1(c)(3)(A) through Section 1859.82.1(c)(3)(D)3.(b) To request conceptual approval for seismic mitigation projects, the district must submit an Application For Funding (Form SAB 50-04) indicating the request for conceptual approval and all documents listed below: (1) For replacement projects, all of the documents listed in Section 1859.82.2(b)(2)(A) through Section 1859.82.2(b)(2)(F).(2) For rehabilitation projects, all of the documents listed in Section 1859.82.2(c)(3)(A) through Section 1859.82.2(c)(3)(E).Cal.
