Section 1896.74 - Contract Approval

For purpose of Public Contract Code section 10295, an awarding department shall demonstrate compliance with the part of Article 1.5 (commencing with § 10115) of Chapter 1 of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code that concerns DVBEs.
