Section 1180.053 - Notice of Audit Review Conference(a) Following receipt of the Unclaimed Property Informal Audit Review Conference Request form, as provided in section 1180.051 of this Article, the Office of the State Controller shall set a date and time for the Audit Review Conference. The State Controller shall determine whether a Conference shall take place in person, or whether it may be conducted remotely. If the Conference is held in person, the Conference shall be held in the Sacramento office of the State Controller.(b) The holder shall be notified in writing of the date and time of the Conference.Cal.
