Section 615.10 - Assignment of Hearing

(a) The Executive Officer may refer a hearing to:

(1) the board; or

(2) a hearing officer.

(b) A hearing officer may be:

(1) a board member;

(2) an employee of the board;

(3) an Administrative Law Judge of the Office of Administrative Hearings; or

(4) any person appointed by the board.
