Section 872.1 - Filing Protest with Procurement(a) A protestant shall file a notice of protest of the proposed award of a contract with Procurement prior to the award of a contract governed by Public Contract Code section 10306.(b) A protestant shall file a notice of protest of the proposed award of a contract governed by Public Contract Code section 12102, subdivision (h) with Procurement within the following time period: (1) no earlier than the issuance of an intent to award a contract; and(2) no later than five working days after the issuance of an intent to award a contract.Cal.
