Section 60809 - Campaign Committee"Campaign committee of a candidate for elective federal or state office" means the following:
(a) As applied to a candidate for elective federal office, any "authorized committee" of that candidate as defined in section 431(5) of title 2 of the United States Code.(b) As applied to a candidate for elective state office, any "controlled committee" of the candidate as defined in section 82016 of the Government Code, including, but not limited to, any controlled ballot measure committee.Cal.
