Section 174.8 - Confidentiality of Ethnic, Sex, and Disability Information

The Department shall implement procedures to insure that ethnic, sex, and disability information shall be accessible only to authorized persons. Ethnic and disability information on an individual applicant shall not be available to any member of an oral interview panel, performance testing panel, or the appointing power or the appointing power's representative prior to the offer of an appointment.
