Section 547.55.2 - Referral of Applicants for the LEAP Internship Program(a) The Department or its designee shall establish a process and procedure for referring the names of qualified applicants with developmental disabilities to appointing powers for selection and participation in a LEAP Internship.(b) The section shall remain in effect until January 1, 2021, and as of that date is repealed.Cal.
