Section 5130.1 - Purpose

This article lists regulated substances pursuant to Section 5130.6 (Tables 1, 2, or 3), identifies specific threshold quantities, and establishes the requirements for petitioning to add, delete, or change the threshold for regulated substances.

Change without regulatory effect renumbering former division 2, chapter 4.5, article 8 (sections 2770.1-2770.5 and Tables 1-3) to new division 5, chapter 2, article 9 (sections 5130.1-5130.6 and Tables 1-3) and renumbering section 2770.1 to new section 5130.1, including amendment of section, filed 3-6-2024 (Register 2024, No. 10).
