Section 5100.10 - Employee Participation(a) The owner or operator shall develop a written plan of action regarding the implementation of the employee participation required by this section.(b) The owner or operator shall consult with employees and their representatives on the conduct and development of PHA and on the development of the other elements of process safety management in this chapter.(c) The owner or operator shall provide employees and their representatives with access to PHAs and to all other information required to be developed under this chapter.Cal.
