Section 5080.6 - Defining Offsite Impacts to the Environment(a) The owner or operator shall list in the RMP environmental receptors within a circle with its center at the point of the release and a radius determined by the distance to the endpoint defined in Section 5080.2(a).(b) Data sources acceptable. The owner or operator may rely on information provided on local United States Geological Survey (USGS) maps or on any data source containing USGS data to identify environmental receptors.Cal.
