(a) If any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of these regulations is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, contrary to statute or exceeding the authority of the State Fire Marshal, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of these regulations.(b) If any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of these regulations is for any reason held to be inoperative as it applies to any person or circumstance, such decision shall not affect its validity as it applies to any other person or circumstance.Cal.
