Section 3.00.1 - Basic Building Regulations(a) Every building or occupancy within the scope of these regulations (see Section 1.03) shall conform to the applicable provisions of California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 2, California Building Code which is hereby adopted by reference as the basic building regulations of the State Fire Marshal in matters relating to fire, panic and explosion safety. NOTE: Where any section or subsection of the adopted reference code contains requirements relating to more than one safety factor, only those provisions relating to fire, panic or explosion safety shall be enforceable under the provisions of Section 3.00.1.
