Section 98202 - Definitions(a) "Office" refers to the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment within the California Environmental Protection Agency.(b) "Registration form" refers to the Medical Supervisor Registration Form published by the office on October 30, 2017. The office shall make the form available on its website and shall provide the form to any person who requests it. The form is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.(c) "Medical supervisor" is a physician who monitors the blood cholinesterase levels of workers pursuant to Title 3 of the California Code of Regulations section 6728.Cal.
