Section 93116.5 - Enforcement of Fleet Requirements(a) Both the Executive Officer and the APCO have the authority to review or seek enforcement action for violation of the fleet emission standard.(b) The CARB will make available to the districts the information the Responsible Official has provided to CARB to demonstrate compliance with the fleet standard.Cal.
