Section 95200 - Purpose

The purpose of this subarticle is to collect fees to be used to carry out the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (Stats. 2006; Ch. 488; Health and Safety Code sections 38500et seq.), as provided in Health and Safety Code section 38597.
