(a) A petition to the state board for review of action taken by the executive officer relating to the matters set forth in Health and Safety Code Section 39515(c) must be received by the state board or postmarked no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the action sought to be reviewed.(b) Any air pollution control district, air quality planning agency, or member of the public shall, upon written request to the board secretary, be mailed notice of such executive officer action at the time it is taken.Cal.
