Section 60007 - Record of Proceedings(a) Board proceedings shall be recorded electronically, or by other appropriate means. The recording or transcript shall be made available to the public for review at the state board's main office. At the request of the state board, the executive officer, or any interested person, the proceedings shall be recorded by a certified court reporter and the cost thereof borne by the person making the request. Upon a showing of need, economic hardship, and the public interest to be served, any person may request, and the state board or executive officer may grant, a transcript of specified proceedings at state board expense.(b) For every rulemaking proceeding, the secretary of the state board shall maintain a file as required by Government Code Section 11347.3.Cal.
