Section 57336 - Miscellaneous Services(a) The maximum rates of reimbursement for Miscellaneous Services shall be established in accordance with the following: (1) Schedule of Maximum Allowances (SMA); or(2) The vendor's usual and customary rate, as defined in Section 57210(a)(19), if the SMA does not apply to the services provided; or(3) A negotiated rate pursuant to Section 57300(e) if the vendor does not have an established usual and customary rate, as defined in Section 57210(a)(19), and the SMA does not apply to the services provided.Cal.
