Section 56919 - Usual and Customary Fees and Prevailing Rates(a) The regional center shall request approval by the Department for the payment of usual and customary fees or prevailing rates.(b) At the Department's discretion, usual and customary fees or prevailing rates may be approved for facilities which meet the criteria in Section 56004(a) and have a rate established by another governmental agency.Cal.
