Section 58570 - General Provisions(a) A contract for transportation serviced which was executed before the effective date of these regulations shall:(1) Remain in effect unless it is terminated pursuant to the contract provisions or pursuant to subsection (3) below;(2) Not be amended after the effective date of these regulations; and(3) Be terminated by agreement of the parties.Cal.
