Section 58502 - Terms Defined in Other Subchapters

(a) As used in this subchapter, the following words and phrases have the meanings specified in Subchapter 2, Section 54302.

(2) Community-based Day Programs

(3) Consumer

(4) Department

(5) Individual Program Plan (IPP)

(6) Interdisciplinary (ID) Team

(7) Management Organization

(8) Regional Center

(9) Service Code

(10) Special Incident Report

(11) Subcode

(12) Unit of Service

(13) Vendor

(14) Vendor Identification Number

(15) Vendoring Regional Center

(b) As used in this subchapter, the following words and phrases have the meanings specified in Subchapter 7, Section 57210:

(1) Straight-line Depreciation

(2) Vendor Income
