Section 58122 - Establishment of the Temporary Payment Rate(a) The temporary payment rate is determined using the same information and steps specified in sections 58110, 58111, 58112, and 58119 for establishing a permanent payment rate.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 58122
