Section 58112 - Step Three: Computing the Mean(a) Step three in the process of determining a permanent payment rate is the computation of the mean using the amount determined in step two, section 58111: (1) Add together the amount computed in step two for each vendor; and(2) Divide the sum computed in (1) by the number of vendors included in calculating the sum.Cal.
