Section 50762 - Representation at a Formal HearingA hearing officer may refuse to allow any person to represent a party in any hearing when the person:
(a) Engages in unethical, disruptive or contemptuous conduct which impairs the appeals process; or(b) Either intentionally and repeatedly or willfully fails to comply with the proper instructions or orders of the hearing officer or the provisions of this subchapter.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 50762
