Section 30487 - Additional Licensee Requirements and Financial Assurances(a) The licensee shall retain a certified public accounting firm approved by the Department for the purpose of making reports and audits of the operation of the low-level radioactive waste disposal site.(b) An unqualified audit statement shall be prepared annually with respect to all matters which bear upon the license designee's or the licensee's ability to operate pursuant to the Letter of Acceptance or license. The unqualified annual audited statement shall be submitted to the Department no later than three months after the end of the license designee's or licensee's fiscal year in each year following the filing of the Letter of Acceptance, or issuance of the license.(c) No security interest in the site shall be executed by the licensee without the consent of the Department which would give a creditor any right to stop the operation of the site.Cal.
