Section 30336.8 - Industrial Radiography Certification and Provider Fees

(a) The application fee for any category of radiographer certificate shall be $112.00.

(b) The examination fee for any category of radiographer certificate shall be $112.00. Each individual repeating a failed examination shall pay a fee of $112.00.

(c) The application fee for a provider of radiation safety training specified in section 30331 shall be $1,146.00.

(d) The fee for replacement of a Department identification card shall be $15.00.

(e) Fees required by this section shall be nonrefundable.
