Section 30315.22 - Eligibility for a Mammography Machine Certificate(a) To be eligible for a mammography machine certificate, the user, as defined in section 30100, shall pass a Department review verifying that the:(1) Information specified in section 30315.33 has been submitted;(2) Radiation machine is registered pursuant to section 30108;(3) Mammography system meets the requirements in sections 30316 and 30316.20(e);(4) User has designated a lead supervising physician pursuant to section 30317.10(b); and(5) Mammography quality assurance program is capable of meeting the requirements in section 30317.10.Cal.
