Section 30313.25 - Change of Name, Address, Social Security Number, or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number

Each TSP or TCP authorized pursuant to sections 30313.07, 30313.09, 30313.15, or 30313.20 shall report in writing to the Department, within 30 calendar days, any change of name, mailing address, social security number or individual taxpayer identification number.
