Application shall be made in writing, and shall set forth:
(a) The names and qualifications of personnel to be assigned to the radiation control program;(b) The numbers and types of radiation survey instruments available;(c) The administrative relationship between the radiation control program and other programs of the local health department; and(d) A showing that the radiation control program proposed by the local health department is compatible with standards imposed upon the State by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) pursuant to the agreement contained in the Health and Safety Code, Section 115235, the Agreement State Program Policy Statement (Vol. 82, Federal Register, commencing at page 48535, October 18, 2017), which is hereby incorporated by reference, and the NRC's guidance in Management Directive 5.6., "The Integrated Materials Performance Evaluation Program (IMPEP)" dated July 24, 2019, which is hereby incorporated by reference.Cal.
