Section 30226 - Persons Generally Licensed by Other Agencies(a) A person generally licensed by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), or an Agreement State other than this State, is not subject to the registration requirements specified in section 30192.1(d)(1) if the device is used in areas subject to the Department's jurisdiction for a period less than 180 days in any calendar year.(b) Authorization granted pursuant to this section shall not authorize a person to conduct activities in areas within this State that are under exclusive federal jurisdiction within this State.Cal.
