Section 30194.2 - Amendment RequestsTo amend an existing license, a licensee shall submit a written request to the Department containing:
(a) The licensee's name and license number as shown on the specific license.(b) The nature and scope of the request.(c) The reasons for the request and supporting justifications including any documents relied upon.(d) If the request proposes to increase the maximum possession limit specified on the license, the request shall include the fee specified in section 30231(c).Cal. 1. New section filed 6-22-2005 as an emergency; operative 6-22-2005 (Register 2005, No. 25). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-20-2005 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
