Section 30073.1 - Determination of Application Completeness and Notification(a) Within 15 calendar days of receipt of an application for a wild animal importation permit, or a request for permit modification, the Department shall inform the applicant in writing either that the application is complete and accepted for filing, or that it is deficient and identify the additional specific information necessary for the application to be complete.(b) The date on which the application is determined complete for filing, or on which the application is determined deficient shall be the date on which the Department's written notification to the applicant is postmarked.Cal.
