Section 12108 - Personnel Training(a) Personnel from local health departments who are assigned to enforce the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law as it relates only to menu misrepresentation in retail food establishments shall participate and complete state approved training as required in Section 12104 or meet the following training requirements: (1) Enforcements of statutes and regulations relating to false advertising in food menus that are used in retail food establishments.(2) Recording violative conditions in narrative reports of observation that can be used for legal action.(3) Preparation of statements of facts for referrals or violative conditions to the district attorney.Cal.
