Section 12102 - Local Enforcement Authorization(a) A local department authorized as a local retail food enforcement program by the Department shall enforce Department regulations and the following chapters, articles and sections of Division 21 of the Health and Safety Code pertaining to the preparation, handling and sale of foods in retail food establishments.
