Section 11601 - Cold Storage Licenses(a) Cold Storage licenses shall be valid for a two-year period from date of issue and are not transferable. The fee for the license is $100.00.(b) Application for a Cold Storage license shall be made on State Department of Health form #EH-7.(c) The fee shall accompany the application and shall not be refundable.(d) The licensee shall immediately notify the Department of any change in the information which was submitted on the license application.Cal.
