Restaurants serving imitation hamburger containing more than 10 percent added protein and water or other extenders or binders shall post an ingredient statement on a wallboard or placard.
(a) The ingredients shall be listed in descending order of predominance by weight.(b) The term "imitation hamburger," or any other term which accurately informs the customer of the nature of the product and its ingredients, shall be stated in letters at least one (1) inch in height (72 point letters) in bold-face type in colors which contrast with the wallboard or placard.(c) The wallboard or placard shall be posted in a permanent place, conspicuous to the customers, in each room or area where food is served.Cal.
