Section 7985 - Refuse Handling(a) Refuse containers approved by the Health Officer shall be provided at all public beaches.(b) All refuse shall be stored in the container in a manner which will not create a nuisance.(c) Containers shall be emptied at frequencies sufficient to prevent overflow and to be maintained in a sanitary condition.(d) Every public beach shall be maintained in a clean condition free of refuse.Cal.
