Section 7583 - Definitions. [Repealed]

1. Repealer of Articles 1 through 10 and New Articles 1 through 4 (Sections 7583, 7588 through 7594, 7603 through 7605, and 7615 through 7622) filed 5-8-53; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 53, no. 8).
2. New section filed 5-26-87; operative 6-25-87 (register 87, No. 23).
3. Change without regulatory effect amending first paragraph and Note filed 4-21-2011 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2011, No. 16).
4. Change without regulatory effect amending subsection (g) and Note filed 6-2-2015 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2015, No. 23).
5. Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-68-20 (2019 CA EO 68-20), dated June 5, 2020, relating to the extension of deadlines for entities to submit renewal-fee payments to the Department of Public Health.
6. Change without regulatory effect repealing article 1 (sections 7583-7586) and section filed 11-6-2024 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2024, No. 45). This section became inoperative upon the effective date of the Cross-Connection Control Policy Handbook, July 1, 2024, and was repealed 90 days thereafter pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 116407(c)(1).
