Section 7868 - Labels and Advertising(a) Mineral water shall be plainly labeled "Mineral Water," and the label shall show amounts of any mineral substance which exceed bottled water standards, 21 CFR, Section 103.35, and the source of the water.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 7868
