Section 6502.1 - Confidentiality(a) All information, records of interview, written reports, statements, notes, memoranda, or other data procured by an individual, group or research team in the course of any testing under this Group shall be confidential and shall be used solely for the purposes of medical intervention, counseling, or specific research project approved by the Department.(b) Except as provided by law, such information shall not be exhibited nor disclosed in any way, in whole or in part, by any individual, group, or research team except with the written consent of the person or his/her legally authorized representative unless such data can be made available in a manner which preserves anonymity of the persons tested.Cal.
