Section 6300.11 - Continuing Education

"Continuing education" means learning experiences that have been approved by the NSGC as Category 1 or Category 2 CEU programs, including lectures, conferences, workshops, seminars led by an instructor and/or discussion leader; or activities in which a learner is engaged in a planned learning program in which the learner's progress is monitored and the learner receives feedback (independent study, computer-assisted instruction, interactive video, web site learning and planned projects).

Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 124977(d)(2), this regulation shall remain in effect until revised or repealed by the department.
