Section 6874 - Confidentiality(a) All information and results of the health assessments of each person shall be confidential and shall not be released without the informed consent of the person or parent or guardian.(b) The results of the health assessment shall not be released to any public or private agency, even with the consent of the person or parent or guardian, unless accompanied by a professional interpretation of what the results mean.Cal.
