Section 6852 - Diagnosis and Treatment(a) To be eligible for state reimbursement, diagnostic and treatment services, which may be required by Medi-Cal beneficiaries as a result of a health assessment received, shall be provided by providers approved for participation in the California Medical Assistance Program. The diagnostic and treatment services shall be in accordance with the provisions of the California Administrative Code, Title 22, Division 3 and subject to any applicable Medi-Cal program limitations.Cal.
