Section 1534 - To Qualify for Funding(a) To qualify for funding an existing Indian health program shall be administered by a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of this State or by an Indian tribe as defined in Section 1501. The board of directors or trustees of such corporation shall be composed of a majority of Indians as defined in Section 1500.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 1534
