Section 1466 - Medically Indigent Services Allocation(a) The Department shall compute each county's Medically Indigent Services Allocation in accordance with Subdivision (d) of Section 16703 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.(b) A county may apply for all or a portion of its total allocation pursuant to 1473(c). If the County chooses to apply for these funds, it shall be bound by conditions and limitations contained in paragraph (1) of subdivision(c) of Section 16704 of the Welfare and Institutions Code on the use of such funds.Cal.
