Section 1373 - Annual Program Plans(a) Each county or district shall submit to the State Department of Health, annually for approval, program plans in each of the categories specified in Section 1371.(b) The annual program plans shall contain information pertaining to community needs, authority, goals, objectives, activities, personnel, and program evaluation as may be required by the State Department of Health.Cal.
