Section 909 - Proof of Training

(a) Every application for examination in which the applicant is using training received in a school in this state approved by the Board in order to qualify for examination must be accompanied by proof of that training.

(b) For the purpose of this section, proof of training shall be a completed form entitled "Proof of Training Document" (Form #F-BBC-05 (New 06/2024)), which is hereby incorporated by reference. The Proof of Training form shall be completed by the school where the applicant completed the qualifying training.
