Section 989 - Prohibited Hazardous Substances/Use of Products. NO Establishment or School Shall:(a) Have on the premises cosmetic products containing hazardous substances banned by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in cosmetic products.(b) Have on the premises methyl methacrylate monomer and/or methylene chloride.(c) Use a product in a manner that is disapproved by the FDA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration or EPA.Cal.
